Latest additions · 10–14 September notebook

Movement, attention
and the traditional maps.

Ten further photographs deepen the anatomy, teaching and philosophy collection. Repeated breathing methods and Sun Salutations link to their established references; two new lessons cover muscle function and Haṭha symbolism.

Previous additions · 9–10 September class notes

Deeper study.
One connected library.

Ten photographs, eight distinct notebook spreads: IMG_1851/1852 and IMG_1853/1854 are repeated views. Their content has been merged into the established guides, keeping one home for each subject.

Some spellings, gesture names and breathing instructions remain uncertain. Those details are marked in place, and medical or supernatural claims are not presented as established facts.

How these pages were prepared

The notebook themes have been preserved, Sanskrit spellings standardised and reference material added. Two photographs were blurred; uncertain details are flagged on the relevant pages. The child bone count, spleen description, Sun Salutation history and after-sunset claim are clarified rather than repeated as established facts.

These are educational notes with source links and related reading. No named teacher review is recorded, and they do not certify readiness to teach or replace individual instruction.
