Pilates for Yoga Practitioners

A four-week companion to yoga that explores control, supported strength and the quality of transitions. Use these sessions alongside a manageable yoga schedule with recovery between demanding practices.

Yoga experience does not automatically prepare you for Pilates loading. Begin with the foundations and keep the easier options whenever they suit you.

When to repeat, adapt or pause

Repeat a session or a whole week if the movements still need thought. Choose an easier option when breathing becomes strained or the setup is hard to maintain. For pain, dizziness or new symptoms, stop and seek appropriate advice. You can always replace a developing session with whole-body foundations.
