Begin Pilates

Four weeks to learn a small set of movements, revisit them and find a manageable practice rhythm. Three suggested sessions each week, spaced with rest or other comfortable activity.

For adults comfortable with the listed positions and transfers. Choose the seated or standing session if floor access is difficult; seek individual guidance for pain or health concerns.

Mark a session only after you have practised it. Checkmarks record participation, not a qualification or medical assessment.

Week 4 · Make it yours

Return to familiar sessions and choose a sustainable weekly rhythm. Repeating a week is always valid.

  3. Session 3 · 25 minWhole-body foundations

When to repeat, adapt or pause

Repeat a session or a whole week if the movements still need thought. Choose an easier option when breathing becomes strained or the setup is hard to maintain. For pain, dizziness or new symptoms, stop and seek appropriate advice. You can always replace a developing session with whole-body foundations.
