Who has reviewed this practice?
The three flagship programmes are editorial drafts. No completed independent teacher review is recorded. We will show the reviewer’s name, relevant qualifications, teaching context, review scope and date when a documented review is complete.
What “teacher reviewed” will mean
A named teacher has reviewed the specific published revision: its movement order, transitions, breath cues, repetitions, side changes, adaptations, illustrations and Sanskrit–English labels. A source link, directory listing or yoga qualification alone does not show that someone has reviewed these pages.
The review record must identify relevant training and experience, a verifiable profile, the date and scope of review, the reviewed revision and a record of approval. Changes to the practice require renewed review before the label can apply to the new revision.
A teacher’s review is not medical clearance. Health-related claims need appropriate evidence and relevant clinical input. These programmes make no treatment promises. NCCIH’s guidance on yoga effectiveness and safety.
