Email signup privacy.

What you are choosing

The signup form lets you request daily images, Daily Peace reflections and the House Letter newsletter. The House Letter may include new practices, stories, retreat news and House of Ananda updates. Each choice starts unticked. This signup is free and separate from retreat enquiries or Founders Circle interest.

What we save and why

House of Ananda, operated by Daniel Fewtrell, stores your email address, optional first name, selected subscriptions, signup page, and the date and wording of your permission. We use this to manage your request and prepare the emails you have asked to receive. We also save a protected version of your private management code; the original code is only in your private link.

Short-lived abuse-prevention counters help prevent automated abuse. We do not save your raw IP address in the subscription records. Your details are held in the website’s hosted database and available to the site owner through a restricted management area. They are not displayed publicly or sold.

Email delivery is coming soon

At present this form records your request; it does not send a confirmation email or start a daily email service. Requests remain pending until an email service is connected and email ownership can be confirmed. We will update this notice before introducing that service. The existing Daily Peace publication on the website continues separately.

Change your choices or withdraw

Save the private management link shown after your first signup. You can use it to change your selections, or choose “Remove my signup” to delete your name, email address and subscription record. Treat that link as private. Entering the same email again does not overwrite an existing request.

Your private link gives you direct control without creating an account. Save it somewhere safe: the form does not send a recovery email while email delivery is being prepared.

How long we keep it

Your request remains saved while the list is being prepared and you continue to want the subscription, unless you remove it or ask the owner to delete it. Old pending requests should be reviewed before email delivery begins. No payment information, health information or practice history is requested by this form.
