What you can do today
Browse the 22 proposed retreats and submit a booking request. Your request is saved for the retreat team; it does not reserve accommodation, guarantee availability or form a confirmed booking. We do not collect deposits or card details through this area.
Dates, prices and artwork
The current collection covers proposed windows from January 2027 to January 2028. Every House of Ananda departure remains subject to confirmation. A published festival date is not confirmation that our retreat will operate.
The brochure and concept posters communicate the intended experience. Prices, venues and host names that appear in early artwork are planning ideas, not current quotations or confirmed arrangements. The written offer for a departure will establish its final details.
Before accepting an offer
You should receive confirmed dates, accommodation and room arrangements, teacher and operator details, the full selling price, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms. Group size, minimum numbers and any optional activity fees must also be clear. Wait for those details before booking separate flights or accommodation.
Combining retreats
The world tour is a collection of separate proposed experiences. Some windows overlap. Connections, internal transport and staffing must be agreed before any combined itinerary can be offered. Tell us your preferred combination in the request form.
Practice and participation
Teacher appointments and the final programme are still being developed. The proposed Tai Chi strand is a beginner introduction, not a qualification. Share practice interests in your initial request; discuss any individual requirements privately with the teaching team before confirming your trip.
Your enquiry information
Brochure requests collect your name, email address, phone number, country of residence, selected brochures and any optional question, together with the wording and time of your agreement to follow-up. We also record referral and campaign details when supplied. Your request creates a CRM enquiry for each selected retreat so the authorised retreat team can follow up by phone or email. Selected PDF downloads become available after the request is saved and their links expire after seven days. When signed in with your enquiry email, My retreats lets you download your requested brochures again, view your enquiry and send questions. Guest messages are saved for staff review; you can see when the team has reviewed a message.
House of Ananda stores the name, email, optional phone number, selected retreat, guest count, room preference, Tai Chi interest and message you submit, together with the time of your consent. The purpose is to manage your enquiry and contact you about the requested retreat.
Requests are available to authorised staff in the protected CRM and retreat studio and are not published in the public directory. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not include passport information, payment details or medical records.
To correct or request deletion of your enquiry, send another request for the same retreat and email address, stating your request in the message. The team can review the request and arrange correction or deletion of the associated records. Keep your on-screen reference for correspondence.
Confirmation appears on screen after your request is saved. This area does not send automatic emails or provide an immediate reservation.
